Working in close alignment with the Municipality of Chinhoyi (M.O.C.), we have successfully advanced critical civil infrastructure, prioritizing structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and high-quality workmanship. Despite external infrastructural dependencies, our proactive procurement and strategic execution have positioned this project on the verge of completion, demonstrating our capacity to deliver large-scale municipal developments efficiently.

DETAILED SCOPE OF WORKS & STATUS

ROAD NETWORK & CIVIL ENGINEERING

• Engineering Diagrams: 100% completed and fully approved by the Municipality of Chinhoyi.
• Earthworks & Base Layer: Road formation worked up to gravel level is 90% complete, ensuring a highly compacted and stable foundation.
• Tar Surfacing: Sitting at 0%, scheduled to commence immediately upon the completion of the final base compaction and drainage ties.

WATER RETICULATION SYSTEM

• Engineering Diagrams: 100% completed and fully approved by the Municipality of Chinhoyi.
• Excavation: Water trenches have been completely excavated strictly according to approved municipal engineering standards.
• Pipe Laying: Main and secondary water distribution pipes are 90% laid, ensuring reliable future water connection.

CULVERTS & STORM WATER DRAINAGE

• Engineering Diagrams: 100% completed and fully approved by the Municipality of Chinhoyi.
• Construction Progress: Structural drainage works and culvert installations are 60% complete, meticulously engineered to prevent future flooding and protect road infrastructure.

SEWER RETICULATION SYSTEM

• On-Site Engineering Diagrams: 100% completed and approved by the Municipality of Chinhoyi.
• Material Procurement: All necessary physical materials for the onsite sewer reticulation network have been fully purchased waiting delivery upon our request.
• Current Status: On-site installation is strategically paused. We are actively awaiting the municipality’s engineering diagrams for the offsite infrastructure connection to ensure perfect alignment with the town’s main trunk line before breaking ground.
